Anstatt-SFZ-KAB GmbH is an engineering company based in
the German town of Grimma, not far from Leipzig.
The company specializes in two
areas:
- Rolling stock components (rail
vehicles)
- Components for biomass and coal
fired power plants
Rolling stock (rail vehicles)
As far as rolling stock is concerned, the
company has worked closely with LVB Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (now renamed IFTEC
GmbH) since 1986. Collaboration began with the production of components for
tram repairs, including turned parts, weldments and deliveries of semi-finished
products.
This product range continues to be
developed and expanded. Component refurbishment has become an important aspect
of our work.
Power station construction
The company’s long experience in power
plant construction partly stems from its predecessor companies (Mitteldeutscher Feuerungsbau Holzhausen, MFU GmbH and KVT – mifeu GmbH). In recent years, this expertise
has been honed.
Anstatt-SFZ-KAB GmbH’s range of products includes grate
furnaces (travelling grates and reciprocating grates) and components for coal
pulverizing mills.
